Jeff was an Allstate Sales Leader for 7 years prior to Allstate agency ownership. From 2005 to 2021 Jeff had grown to 2 locations that grossed $20 mm in premium over his near 16 agency career. He also sat on the Texas advisory board with Allstate and was an avid advocate for Allstate agents.

MATT BORDELON
Matt began at JP Morgan Securities before leaving for a brief stint at New York Life where he learned the life insurance business inside and out. Following 18 months at New York Life, he spent four years at Allstate Financial Services as an Exclusive Financial Specialist, primarily focused on individual retirement plans.

Martha Balleza-Ochoa has over 24 years of experience in service, sales, and Agency Ownership. Before joining Belus Insurance Group, Martha owned a Captive Insurance Agency for 11 years. She lead her staff as a Mega Sized agency, spanning over 3 locations, in the Greater Dallas Area.
